In the distance are the Phoenix Mountains, as seen from the top of Black Mountain, looking south over Phoenix, Arizona.

The as seen from Black Mountain, next to Carefree, Arizona, looking south-southwest.  The first high peak on the left is Camelback Mountain -- you can look back from there to where this picture was taken for the reverse view.  The pyramid-shaped one about three-fourths of the way across the photo to the right is Squaw Peak.  Behind it is the long, gently curved skyline of South Mountain.  On the far right is the skyline formed by the Sierra Estrella, and far in the distance, near the center of the photo on the skyline, is the flat summit of Table Top (elevation 4373 feet, 1333 meters), 75 miles (121 km) away!
